Wow, wow, wow, we did it!

We are so grateful! How extraordinary to reach our main target in the first weekend of our Kickstarter! Every pledge so far has secured The Woolly Good Gathering at Summerhall next April. We are thankful to everyone who has supported the festival and its values so far – from sharing in your networks, giving a fiver for no reward, through to those who have given super-generously, pledging more than the suggested value for their reward. We appreciate every penny is given with consideration and helps moves us towards our goals.

The stretch goals moving forwards are about extending space and a welcoming hand to more vendors and collaborators, crafting a lovely physical programme, and building an even more generous travel and accommodation grant fund for ethnically diverse vendors, speakers and workshop providers.

Stretch goal #1 is to raise a total of £13,600 which will allow us to book a second room at Summerhall in order to extend the Marketplace. This means more vendors, without sacrificing space for visitors to move around easily.

There are lots of reward levels still available, including at more affordable price points - and every pledge is entered into our fabulous prize competition for a bouquet of yarny gifts. (Do remember, general tickets will be available for sale after the Kickstarter closes.)
